About Us
Our Story We're a Minnesota based company founded in 2008 and owned by Side Work Classifieds LLC, worka.com was the brainchild of three brothers and their sister. Aaron, a master electrician & Josh an expert in carpentry, were in need of a way to find extra work. They called Ben, a part time web developer, and presented the idea. Utililzing years of experience in their fields, worka.com was created by and for working professionals and homeowners.
What We Do We are a community based website that connects homeowners with local professionals who do work on the side.
