Our refunds and cancellation policy, for both customers and workspace partners.

Cancellation by a Customer
If a Customer cancels a Workspace Booking at least 24 hours in advance, Worka will refund any applicable fees within 10 days of the cancellation.
If a Customer cancels a Workspace Booking less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund of the applicable fees.
Cancellation by a Workspace Partner
Workspace Partners may be required to cancel a Workspace Booking if, for example, the Workspace is no longer available or in an emergency. If a Workspace Partner cancels a Workspace Booking, the Customer will receive a full refund of applicable fees for such Workspace Booking within 10 days of the cancellation.
Cancellation by Worka
In certain circumstances, Worka may decide, that it is necessary to cancel a Workspace Booking. In the event a Workspace Booking is cancelled by Worka, the Customer will receive a full refund of applicable fees for such Workspace Booking within 10 days of the cancellation.
