Worka Partner Portal is a self-serve platform that lets you list your workspace on the world’s largest marketplace for flexible workspace. The portal is designed to help our partners grow revenue and increase margins. Beyond generating demand across the entire constellation of Worka sites, Worka Partner Portal also gives you access to powerful insight tools.
Creating an account is straightforward, follow these steps: Click the Create an account tab from the Partner Portal login page, then click Get Started. Create your login details by entering an email address and password. You'll now need to verify the email sent to your inbox, if nothing comes through remember to check your junk folder. Next, enter your company details. Lastly, click Create.
If you operate in multiple countries, you can create an account for each, by: From the Partner Portal home page, click the Account drop-down menu. Click Add Account. You'll now need to enter the company details for the new account. Click Create. You'll now be able to manage both accounts, from the same profile.

In Worka, a workplace is a location you operate, such as a hub, building, facility, or floor. It houses your workspaces, like desks, private offices, or meeting rooms. There are two ways of adding these spaces. You can either sync them from OfficeRnD or Nexudus - or you can manually create them in Worka.
To receive payments on Worka, you'll need to create an account with our financial services partner, Stripe. You’ll need to go through their Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, and it will require an authorized signatory for the company.
